PZ4 Series
|
  The PZ4 Ozone Alternative Sanitizer system for above ground pools is
designed for quick "turn-key" installation, with simple connections - no
cutting or drilling. The in-line or bypass venturi mixers provide maximum
ozone absorption. The PZ4 Alternative Sanitizer system is weatherproof and features an air filter/dryer
under the system. The clear gaskets glows when the system is on. The PZ4
has a hardware warranty of two full years on all parts. PZ4
works on any above-ground pool, but is especially good for
flex-plumbed pools of 15,000 or less. Ozone enters the water through an
inline injector which is installed just after the pool filter.
Installation is simple and maintenance-free. The PZ4 is simply set on the
ground next to the pool equipment and its built-in feet are pressed into
the soil. The unit should be wired to the timer or GFCI

|
 The PZ7 Series ozone generator features dual VUV lamps,
Universal Solid State Ballast and our unique patented
Dynamic Venturi Injector
Bypass
System for quick installation on the return line of the pool. This
allows maximum ozone/water mixing to purify the water before it reaches
the pool. The heavy extruded aluminum casting adds to its
durability. The PZ7 has clear gasketing that glows when the system
is on.
The PZ7-2 dual lamp system is rated for pools up to 30,000 gallons.
The PZ7-2HO is rated for pools up to 40,000 gallons. All PZ7 systems
are Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) Classified and are backed with a full two-year factory
warranty on all parts.

  Prozone
has incorporated several design changes into the PZ7 line which will
enhance the product’s value, make stocking the product simpler, and
increase its marketability.

Prozone is combining the PZ7 product line to one universal model. This
patented system has two corona hybrid arc tubes which provide a
combination of very ultraviolet and corona discharge ozone generation
technologies for pools up to 144 m3 (40,000 gal).
Prozone’s patented Corona Hybrid Ozone systems provide higher
concentration ozone generation without the corrosive and toxic
by-products of traditional corona discharge machines. The result is a
new technology that produces a reliable, high output — and takes
advantage of the inherent simplicity, ruggedness and pure ozone
production of the very ultraviolet system.
The universal power supply allows the unit to operate automatically on
110/60, 220/60, or 230/50.
New Universal Saddle Clamps
Prozone has developed and patented a new integrated saddle clamp that
makes installation of the PZ7 easier than ever. The new connection is
adjustable so that it can accommodate 1˝-inch or 2-inch lines (or their
metric equivalent).
New Housing
The new extruded anodized aluminum housing is labeled with vibrant color
pad printing. The new layout enhances the look and ruggedness of the
unit.
Serviceability
The units require no maintenance and can be serviced easily when
required. |
