
Epoxy Kit
Installation Instructions
1.) Refer to the installation instruction booklet included with the stand anchor bolt kit for correct positioning of stand according to N.S.P.I specifications.
2.) Using the base of the stand as a template, mark deck at each anchor hole. Remove stand and drill holes where marked with a 1" diameter masonry drill bit (note: masonry bit not included), a maximum of 5" deep, leaving the threaded end of bolts extended 1-1/4" above deck level. except for the 606-F stand which should be 3" above deck level. Remove concrete dust from the holes.
3). Pour contents of the small epoxy hardener can into the large epoxy resin can. Mix thoroughly for (1) one minute.
4.) Place bolts in holes and fill with epoxy mixture. Wait (1) one minute. If the epoxy level drops, refill to deck level.
5.) Place stand over bolts to hold them in place. Allow epoxy to cure for (72) seventy-two hours before securing stand to deck by tightening the hexnuts 40 to 50 ft. lbs.
