Offering long life, durability and board-action, the Glas-Hide Board is the finest all-purpose board available. It features a solid, edge to edge laminated wood core, heavily reinforced by fiberglass and covered on the top with smooth acrylic on board lengths of 6-feet (1.83m), 8-feet (2.44m) and 10-feet (3.05m) and covered with gel-kote on 12-foot (3.66m) boards.
The underside of all Glas-Hide boards are covered and protected with special laminating resins. The Glas-Hide Board provides the same non-slip, sanded tread as seen on other S.R.SMlTH boards and is pre-drilled with two holes for ease in installation.
The 606 and the 608 Cantilever Stands consist of a streamlined and cantilevered stand with spring. (Note: Springs for the 606 and 608 stands are ordered separately as either the 69-209-026 for the 606 stands and the 69-209-028 for the 608 stand.) The units are powder-coated, Radiant White and utilize a pair of opposing force steel springs on either side of the stand for very strong board action.
The 606 Cantilever Stand is intended for use with the 6-foot (1.83m) Frontier III or Glas-Hide Boards and the 608 Cantilever Stand is intended for use with the 8-foot (2.44m) Frontier III or Glas-Hide Boards (ordered separately). The stands come complete with a Uni-Mount jig and hardware to simplify, ease and speed installation.
