26" EASY-OUT™ COMMERCIAL THERAPEUTIC LADDER

This is tall height, long reach, special application
ladder for both commercial and residential uses and is available with 3,
4, 5, or 6 treads. With proper anchor sockets, they are suitable for
moderated to heavy-duty use in most geographic areas on both commercial
and residential poured concrete and shotcrete, pools and spas where a
long reach cantilevered ladder with handrails is desired

of polished 1.9" O.D.
304 stainless steel with
a wall thickness of
0.065". The unit’s upper
frame serves as both the
ladder’s anchor point
and upper handrail. |

| The unit’s lower
section serves as bth a
ladder and a reinforcing
return section.
Exttending upward from
the anchor to a point
(depending upon
anchoring device chosen)
approximately 31" above
the deck, the upper
frame bends outward
beyond the edge of the
pool, bends downward at
an approximate 15º
angle, then bends inward
to meet the lower
section. |

| The lower section is
attached above the
anchor point to the
upper frame, extends
outward beyond the pool
edge then bends downward
at an approximate 15º
angle to meet the pool
floor. The unit is
provided with the 304
stainless steel 15º
Elite™ Tread (LTDF-105).
Treads mount to the
ladder frames by
included heavy-duty
stainless steel
hardware. Each lower end
of the frame is fitted
with an included white
rubber bumper (male)
(WRB-100A). Escutcheons
and anchors for use with
these ladders are
ordered separately. Note
that depending upon the
depth of the pool and
the ladder model chosen,
some on-site adjustment
(cutting) of the upper
and/or lower frame may
be necessary to ensure
proper seating of the
ladder on the pool
floor. |
